Every month of work, we did ABC analysis, researched sales, developed combos (deals) and promo based on this, added new items, and removed those that sold poorly.
Proper work on increasing the frequency of ordering, retention, and attracting new customers, as well as product quality and fast delivery, allowed the business to grow rapidly. Every month we saw an increase in revenue, and the owner attracted investments and decided to open another pizza shop within 6 months after the launch of the first one.
The conclusion is the same as in other cases - only complex works give the result - promotions, mailing lists, paid ads, local bloggers, search engine marketing, etc. Nothing works separately. This is important to understand!
